This tool allows you to adjust the time allocated to a candidate based on specific needs. Adjustments are made in one-minute increments, which is the smallest unit of time that can be modified. Time adjustments can be applied to a single candidate or to a group simultaneously.
Here are the available types of adjustments:
- Complete: Sets a specific time for the candidate, ignoring previous adjustments.
Example: Used to set a specific total duration. - Add: Allows you to add extra time for the candidate.
Example: Useful for granting additional time. - Remove: Allows you to remove part of the time allocated to the candidate.
Example: Used to reduce the available time - Percentage: Adds time based on a percentage of the initial duration of the evaluation, ignoring previous adjustments.
Example: Ideal for proportional adjustments. - Reset: Removes all adjustments made to the candidate and returns to the initial time.
Example: Used to restore the original duration. - Until: Allows you to adjust the timer value until the selected date. The candidate must be in redaction mode to use this adjustment type.
Example: Useful for adjusting the remaining time until a specific deadline
To adjust the time for a single user, click on the settings gear at the far right of their row, then select Adjust Time.
You can adjust the time for multiple users in a single operation by selecting the icon to the left of their names, then clicking on Action > Adjust Time.
✅ TIP: When adjusting the time, you can also add notes to clarify the reason for the modification. This feature allows you to document each adjustment, which can be useful for tracking or future reference.
