Make sure to enable opening PDFs in Chrome.

In Google Chrome browser:

  • Click on the three vertical dots at the top right of the Chrome window ⋮
  • Select Settings
  • In the left margin, click Privacy and Security
  • In the Privacy and security window, click Sites settings
  • In the Site settings window, click Additional content settings
  • Click PDF documents
  • In the PDF documents window, click Open PDFs in Chrome.
