This article is intended for coordinators who wish to manually assign a participant to an exam session.
You must follow these 3 steps:
1. Create a new user account
- In the Menu, select Management, then click on Users.
- Click on Add user.
- Select a course from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the form fields and make sure to select the Participant role.
- Click on Add.
ℹ️ NOTE: At this point, the user account will have the status New.
2. Assign to exam sessions
- Still in the user profile you just created, click on the Schedules tab.
- Click the Associate button.
- Select one or more schedules using the checkboxes.
- In the Choose an action menu, select Associate.
- Click on Confirmation.
3. Invite the user
- Still in the user profile you just created, click on ⚙️ at the top right.
- Select Invite.
- Click OK.
⚠️ WARNING: The activation link sent to the participant is valid for 30 days. If the user does not activate their account within that time, the participant’s status will change to Code Expired. You will then need to send the invitation again.
