Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication service that allows a user to use a single set of credentials (e.g., username and password) to access multiple applications.

You can use Google and Microsoft login partners to access Nexam. The email address associated with your Nexam account must match the email address used with the authentication service.

Account Activation

There are two methods to activate your Nexam account and access the platform: either through an invitation code received by email or via a login partner (Google or Microsoft) visible on Nexam's login page.

ℹ️ NOTE: The account must have been created by the course administrator, and an invitation to Nexam must have been sent to activate your account using a login partner.

Possible Error Codes:

  • OAUTH_USER_INACTIVE: The invitation to activate the Nexam account has not yet been sent. Please contact the exam administrator or wait for the invitation email.
  • OAUTH_USER_INACTIVE: The account does not exist in Nexam. Ensure you are using the correct email address to log in.
